We already covered the blue and yellow personality colors. The green personality color represents 35% of the population.

Understand one thing. When you talk to a Green person, they try to make a calculation and find out why you’re asking the question. So you need to take a breath. Take the time to answer the questions correctly. 

If you have a flashy conversation, they quickly feel victimized and you can lose them. This is because they are very indirect, but above all inward-looking (introvert). They often think they’re the smartest people on earth.  To live up to this, they will do everything they can to figure out why you are asking them the question.

So ask the question and let it land before you move on. We can’t repeat it often enough! Take your time! A tip for conversations with indirect people. We only give you that information to answer your questions. This applies to people with a green and yellow personality.  They articulate their words just right and talk more slowly, so that as they talk, they are able to wonder why you are asking them the questions.
