What to say if you need customers to make mlm sales?

When someone starts their MLM business the first thing they need to do is finding customers for their products or services. No mlm sales no money! In the beginning most of the people don’t have a clue how to make customers and they really don’t know what to say. Even people who are experienced sellers make mistakes when they have to sell within an MLM company. Why is that? The answer is simple: they say the wrong things to the people they consider to be their customer. They are too eager to sell. Most them are very stubborn and think they know it all. Let’s take a look how overcome this.

So let’s say you are new to MLM and want to make your first customer. You decide to ask your sponsor (rr4), the person who introduced you to the company. The person who wanted to add you to the team and tell you how to do everything. The person you told “Oh no, I’ve known my family for so long, I know exactly how to do it. I can do it myself!”

So, you reluctantly return to your sponsor and decide to listen to what he or she has to say. You ask, “Sponsor, I don’t get it. I asked everyone if they wanted to use my great products/services, I told them that they are great, cheap, special products, but they didn’t want to purchase anything. How is that possible?”

Your sponsor looks at you and stays calm,  because he knows that this is a mistake most novice network marketers make. They just want to make quick mlm sales and don’t think about a long term customer.  Your sponsor sits down and quietly asks you, “Did you ask your family members for their help before you visited them?” “Asked for their help?”, you ask surprised. “Yes, asked for their help!” Your sponsor continues: “If you ask someone for help, they are more likely to help you move forward by, for example, buying a product or service from you than if you try to purely make mlm sales and sell someone something and convince them that they need it! How did you approach your family?”, your sponsor asks.  “Did you ask them for help, or did you just try to make quick mlm sales?” 

Wow, that’s a shock! You hadn’t looked at it that way. You  just wanted to convince them this was great for them and that it was just the right product for that, that’s not how it looked to them! An eyeopener indeed!!

You ask your sponsor how to do better and he explains to you: 

“Always ask for help, tell them that you’ve just  started your own business and need a few more customers to get your business off to a great start.
